This form is for group visits requested by a tour company or other agency. If you are a school booking a field trip, please go back and use our "Request a School Field Trip" form.

Groups of ten or more (50 maximum) should complete this form and click SUBMIT to be confirmed on our schedule.

Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you have received notification from museum staff confirming your reservation.

Suggested Donation: $1 per student, $3 per adult. Checks made payable to the Florida Historic Capitol Foundation.
